I am doing a research project on a book printed by Mary Hinde in 1774 that is not on your list above. The book is titled "An Account of the Life of that Ancient Servant of Jesus Christ, John Richardson, Giving a Relation of many of his Trials and exercises in his Youth, and his Services in the Work of the Ministry, in England, Ireland, America, &c." This is the third edition, I am unaware of her publishing either of the first two editions. I can provide a picture of the title page if you need it. The book is located in the special collection at the University of Maine.
