Each of the five volumes has separate title page. Vol. 1-2 bound in physical volume one; v. 3-5 bound in physical volume two. Each of the two physical volumes is paged continuously.
A reissue of the 1813 edition (Shaw 286111) with new title pages to v. 1 and 3, adding Carey's name and giving 1814 as publication date. Volumes 2, 4 and 5 retain the original 1813 imprint. The title page to v. 3 gives volume number as "Vol. II." McCorison notes that 200 copies were shipped "on exchange" to Mathew Carey at Philadelphia.
