Signature [A], signature B (containing the calendar pages), and the last four pages of signature D (containing courts), are the same setting of type as Bailey's Rittenhouse almanac for 1817 (Philadelphia: Lydia R. Bailey). The prose at the head of each month in Bailey's has been replaced by other prose at the foot, and the title page changed.
Signatures: [A]² B⁶ [C]⁶ D⁴ (gathering C missigned B).
Two states of the first gathering noted, with Bennett's name misspelled "Bennet" (Drake 11110) and with Bennett's name spelled correctly (Drake 11111).
