Notes	Several scholars argue that M. Halsey is Robert Halsey, who publishes at this same address in this same period. M. Halsey only appears on editions of one title, "A Short Account of the Itch." Robert and his wife Abigall had a daughter named Mary who died in 1722. Her birthdate cannot be ascertained yet. It is possible that M. Halsey is Mary Halsey. More research is needed on this firm.
