The earlier issue was advertised as "this day published" by Munroe, Francis & Parker in the Dec. 23, 1815, issue of the Columbian centinel, Boston. Probably re-issued with the new cover about May, 1816, when the firm reverted to the name Munroe & Francis.
In printed stiff-paper cover.
