Ascribed by Nipps to the press of Lydia R. Bailey. Nipps notes that the entry in Bailey's journal in which the ascription is based may refer to this title or to a broadside dated Mar. 27, 1814, (Shaw 32488) with title: To the congregation of St. Mary's Church.
