Notes	The BBTI records Mary Longman's participation in the firm following her husband's death in 1755. The appearance of both the "M. and T. Longman" and "T. and T. Longman" imprints in 1755 suggests that Mary Longman worked alongside her nephew, Thomas Longman, under this imprint. While it is possible that Mary Longman briefly worked with her husband in their firm, it appears more likely that Mary Longman worked exclusively with her nephew approaching and then following her husband's death.
