Notes Note from Internet Archive suggests this second edition of Part II is in fact a reissue of the first edition of Part II with a cancel title page. The digitization from Internet Archive for this record is of the third edition of Part I, to which this second part has been added (and is named on the title page for Part I 3rd Edn). Unclear if this reissue of Part II was ever published alone. Metadata of ESTC ID T129618 appears to be identical, and so has not been duplicated in the WPHP.
