Notes "With plates, including a map." 15 leaves of plates, 2 maps. According to Orlando, although George Anson Byron's name appears as author, his "connection with the work is confined to leading the expedition" to the Hawaiian Islands. The work contains the journals of junior officers, Andrew Bloxam and Richard Rowland Bloxam amongst others. BTW states that although 1826 is the date given on the title page, the volume appeared in January of 1827.
